Door Jamb

Inter-Join® door jambs are manufactured from extruded aluminium in a double rebate profile, thus maintaining the appearance of standard double rebate timber door jambs.

Aluminium door jambs have many advantages over timber, being increased structural properties, completely waterproof, termite resistant and are offered in pre-finished powder-coating.

Inter-Join® door jambs are assembled with mitre joins using reinforcing mitre connecting corner stakes that lock the frame and provide additional strength to the connection.

Adjustable Window Reveal

Inter-Join aluminium window reveals maintain the appearance of standard timber window reveals, however are adjustable in increments of 1mm, (54mm to 154mm).

Adjustable Door Jamb

Inter-Join® AdjustableDoor Jambs are manufactured from extruded aluminium in two components that have been designed to interlock at variable widths.

The adjustable door jamb is 112mm wide in a compressed form, and 140mm wide in an expanded form, and when interlocked maintain the appearance of a standard double rebate door jamb.

The rear of the two components of the adjustable door jamb are screwed together, with additional reinforcing of the two components being via the hinged bracket that is used for installation.
